Product Description

The TMG-TTC42 Heavy-Duty Truck Tire Changer is a fundamental machine for your tire shop or large scale automotive service department. Perfect for tubeless truck, off-road and agricultural tires up to 59”. With a maximum rim size of 42” and vertically designed upright positioning, this machine can easily change the tires of semi-trucks, trailers, forklifts, tractors and other machinery.

An integrated bead breaker with disc head attachment and bead hook exert an enormous amount of air pressure through the tire to help separate it from the rim for dramatically increased work efficiency. Self-centering hydraulic clamping chuck with four jaws keeps the tire firmly in place while working, and is powered by a reliable CSA certified electric motor.

This dynamic shop essential is able to change tires of all size, style, brand and class without damaging the rim or tire itself and maximizing operator safety. I've used it on semi tires and some tractor tires so far... no issues! The bead breaker with the hook and disc combo works fast, even on older sidewalls. It's become one of the most-used tools in our truck bay.

It's built tough and doesn't feel like an entry level machine. The disc style bead breaker works better than I expected and doesn't damage rims if you line it up right. Great tool for our medium duty garage XD

It's saved us time and money already. The four jaw hydraulic chuck makes it easy to lock in different rim sizes securely. The upright tower design makes positioning easier, especially when working alone. For the kind of tires we handle...mostly tractors and trailers.

TTC42's vertical tower setup puts everything at a better working height. Less strain, faster changes. The CSA certified motor runs smooth and hasn't given us any issues. So far, it's handled everything we've thrown at it, even some stubborn sidewall tractor tires.

This tire changer has worked flawlessly on dump truck tires, trailers, and loaders. The hydraulic clamping system is secure and fast. We've had machines before that required constant fiddling to line up the rim � not this one. Very pleased with the purchase!!
